Shipping policy

Free Shipping: Free Shipping to most provinces over $99. Excludes NL NT NU YT due to high shipping costs.

Canada Post is Back to Work!

We are now shipping with Canada Post, and with Purolator to some provinces. You may choose your preference at checkout.

PO Boxes: Only Canada Post can deliver to PO Boxes. Purolator requires a physical street address, and cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you use a PO box in your address, we may elect to switch your shipping method to Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

All clothing is made-to-order. Please allow typically 3-5 business days to fabricate your clothing. We appreciate your patience, it will be worth it! All orders placed are final.

Orders under $200 will be shipped with NO signature required. If a recipient is not at the destination to receive the package, the delivery driver may decide to leave the package at the destination's front door or other drop location. After the parcel has reached its destination's drop location, the merchant and delivery service provider are no longer liable for the parcel's safekeeping. We do not provide replacement product(s) or refunds in the situation that parcels are stolen or misplaced after reaching the destination. If you are ordering under $200 and need a signature due to a high risk neighborhood, please place your order then email us immediately with this request.

Orders over $200 will be shipped with signature required. If nobody is at the destination to provide a signature, the delivery driver may leave a pickup card, or re-attempt delivery on another day. After the parcel has reached its destination, the merchant and delivery service provider are no longer liable for the parcel's safekeeping. We do not provide replacement product(s) or refunds in the situation that parcels are stolen or misplaced after reaching the destination.

Shipping Mon-Fri: Our fulfillment centre operates Mon-Fri excluding observed Ontario statutory holidays. Our shipping partners operate Monday-Friday, and typically have no pickup or delivery service on weekends or Purolator Holidays / Canada Post Holidays (although they may deliver on weekends during peak season to purge excess packages from their network). Fulfillment and delivery service may be delayed by inclement weather, mechanical breakdown, human error, seasonal network demand, or other causes. For these reasons we cannot guarantee delivery time frames.

Shipping transit times shown at checkout are estimates only, and not guaranteed. These transit times apply to business days for orders received by noon Eastern Time. These times may be delayed depending on our volume, carrier volume, and carrier delays. If you need the order urgently, please choose Purolator Express as we prioritize those orders. 

Fulfillment time (the time it takes to pick and box your order) is not included in shipping transit time and is typically same-day or next-day for orders placed before noon Eastern Time. Purolator Express orders received by noon Eastern Time are always shipped same-business-day except for during hazardous snow/ice conditions.

Track Your Package: For services with tracking, you can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email. For delivery assistance with missing packages, please call Purolator customer support at 1-888-744-7123 or Canada Post customer support at 1-866-607-6301.

PO Boxes: Purolator are unable to reliably deliver to a PO box address. If you choose Purolator and include a PO box in your address, then we may send it via Canada Post parcel (Purolator Express -> Xpresspost, Purolator Ground -> Expedited Parcel). We appreciate your understanding on this.

Remote Service Areas: For some locations unable to be serviced by Purolator at a reasonable cost, we may at our discretion ship by Canada Post parcel. We appreciate your understanding on this.

Order Changes
All sales are final. Orders placed are final and cannot be changed or combined with other orders. Once an order has been printed by fulfillment, it cannot be altered due to the highly automated process. We appreciate your understanding. If you forgot to order something, please consider placing a separate order.

Failed Deliveries
For orders which a courier cannot deliver and/or are returned to us for reasons including i) customer entered an incorrect  or invalid address, ii) customer failure to find or use pickup notice, or iii) customer dwelling not safe or accessible for a package drop, we will charge the customer the actual cost of this outbound parcel freight, plus the cost of any applicable return parcel freight, plus the cost of freight on a replacement parcel shipment to the customer. We are not responsible for parcels stolen from a customer's premises.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the packaging materials and send us photos of the damaged packaging and damaged product. These are critical for processing a claim with the carrier.
